Time-traveling Gwendolyn’s adventures continue in part three of the "Edelsteintrilogie" ("Precious Stone Trilogy"). The evil Count of St. Germain and his sinister secret lodge are bent on world domination and it’s up to Gwen and her fellow traveler Gideon to stop the fiendish plot. The young adults’ love is put to a tough test again and again while the lodge debates whether she should sacrifice her life while others believe only she can stop the Count. But when Gideon is captured and Gwen escapes, the Count sees his chance and seizes the opportunity. Can Gwen place Gideon’s life above saving the world? It comes to a showdown where the prize is immortality, making the Count the ruler of the past and future. But then Gwen receives support from an unexpected direction...
