Summary
TV docu-drama that uses the historic event of the Dresden bombing in early 1945 as a background for a set of fictional individual stories. The film is centered on young nurse Anna who falls in love with the British bomber pilot Robert whose plane had been brought down by the German air defence. But soon, their relationship is heavily tested: In the night from February 13 to February 14, British bombers start the most severe air raid of a German city in World War II.
