Benjamin the Elephant

The first feature film based on the adventures of the successful children's audiobook series of the same name. The summer holidays are just around the corner and Otto is looking forward to nothing more than a fun time with his best friend, the elephant Benjamin. But instead of an untroubled holiday season, the two suddenly face a new adventure when it turns out that the zoo is lacking in important funds that it urgently needs for repairs. A raffle is supposed to help alleviate the financial worries, but then the corrupt Neustadt mayor and the clever Zora Zack appear on the scene. They are supposedly trying to help the zoo, but in reality they are up to something completely different. In order to save Benjamin's home, the beloved zoo, Otto and Benjamin have to come up with a good plan themselves to avoid the worst.
