Summary
Everyone at the Lindenhof all girl boarding school is excited, because a group of British exchange students is about to arrive. But due to a mistake by Miss Mägerlein, actually a bus full of male students turns up at the school. Not wanting to send the boys home again, French teacher Mademoiselle Bertoux comes up with an idea: She promptly casts the British pupils for the upcoming staging of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". Unfortunately, both Hanni and her sister Nanni fall in love with Clyde, who plays Romeo. The fact that their snippy classmate Daniela is also eyeing the cute English boy, leads to further complications.
