Comedic business crime film about the seemingly hopeless fight of a low-level prosecutor and a young female detective against a big fraud in the construction industry who appoints an unemployed construction engineer as the general manager of a company that is only set up for the reason of going bankrupt. The disparate couple gets on the track of the suspected mastermind with tenacious investigations but in the end is pressured into submitting the case.
