Franz and Lilly are siblings and work together as cattle farmers. They enjoy their days as cowgirl and cowboy and at least Franz is happy with his life: on the back of their horses and also in the village pub at the billiard table. But Lilly dreams of more, above all of change. The romance with Chris, who one day appears with his band at the village fair, comes just at the right time for her. She expected her brother to become jealous, but not what follows next and what endangers the existence of their idyll and the relationship between brother and sister.
