Biography
Torsten Wacker, who was born on October 15th, 1962, worked for several advertising agencies before teaming up with two colleagues in order to found their own company ad.quarter in 1997. After directing several advertisements, he made his feature film debut with the 2004 comedy "Süperseks", starring Denis Moschitto as a young German-Turkish entrepreneur who establishes a phone-sex-service in Hamburg. In the following years, Wacker successfully worked in television, before returning to the cinema with the 2011 release "Kein Sex ist auch keine Lösung", which is based on the eponymous bestselling novel by Mia Morgowski.
