Anton Petzold was born in Dresden in 2003. A the age of five, he made his stage debut in the play "Plötzlich steckt das Fest im Hals" at the Theater Junge Generation Dresden. Since 2011, he has been a featured player at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden, where he performed in plays like Max Frisch's "Andorra" and "Fast ganz nah (euer Krieg ist unser Krieg)" (2013). Anton Petzold made his screen debut as one of the leads in the award-winning children's film "Rico, Oskar und die Tieferschatten", which was released in summer 2014.
