I Feel Like Disco
Teenager Florian is quite at ease with himself although he does not live up to the common perceptions of "coolness": He is chubby, he likes to listen to sappy German "Schlager" pop songs, he does not care for sports at all and is not really drawn towards women – with boys it is a different ballgame, however. All this to his father is a thorn in his side and he goes ways to turn his son into a "real man". To no surprise, Florian feels at best when his father is out of sight. The caring mother, on the other hand, has no problems at all with her son's preferences. She is a constant mediator between both men of hers. Then, after suffering a stroke, she lapses into a coma. From one day to the next, Florian and his father have to learn how to get along without outside help.
