Anne Haug was born in 1984. From 2005 until 2009, she studied acting at the Universität der Künste in Berlin. From 2007 on, she performed at theatres like Deutsche Theater Berlin, Centraltheater Leipzig, Kaserne Basel and Ballhaus Naunynstrasse. After appearances in several short films and in an episode of the TV series SOKO Leipzig, she joined the cast of Sebastian Kutzli's drama "Die Puppe", starring Corinna Harfouch and Anke Retzlaff. As the female lead in the mockumentary "Männer zeigen Filme & Frauen ihre Brüste" ("Men Show Movies & Women Their Breasts", 2013), she took over the role of a young filmmaker who is invited to the Cannes IFF to present her new short film.
