Das Andechser Gefühl

An elementary teacher from the "beer village" of Andechs is bored by his life and his dull marriage and dreams of running away with a famous movie actress. But until his long-lived dream will come true, he numbs himself with excessive beer drinking and an affair with the waitress of an inn. But when his longed for actress finally arrives in Andechs, the teacher to his big disappointment learns that he and the actress do not have anything in common. Bereft of his one aim in life, he starts to provoke his wife until she finally stabs him to death in an act of jealously.
