Biography

Emilia von Heiseler was born on August 19, 1994 in Berlin. After gaining her first stage experience at the Ballhaus Ost in Berlin in 2011/12, she attended the acting school Actors Space Berlin from 2013 to 2019 and was part of Frank Betzelt's coaching team from 2013 to 2017. She also received coaching at the Jack Garfein Studio Paris in 2017.    

During these years Emilia von Heiseler performed at the Ballhaus Ost in the plays "Hurengespräche" (2014-2016), "Die taube Zeitmaschine" (2014-2017) and in a co-starring role as Hermia in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (2018-2019). On the big screen, she had a small supporting role in Tom Lass' "Blind & Hässlich" ("Blind & Ugly", 2016). Most importantly, she has taken on several roles in short films and television productions. For example, she was part of the main ensemble in the highly acclaimed series "Weinberg" (2015) and played episode lead roles in other series, including "Notruf Hafenkante" (2017), "SOKO Wismar" (2017), "SOKO München" (2018), "Letzte Spur Berlin" (2020) and "Hubert ohne Staller" (2022).   

Under the direction of her twin brother Anton von Heiseler, Emilia von Heiseler played a leading role in the social drama "153 Meter" (2022), about a lonely caretaker of a prefabricated housing estate (Michaela Caspar, Emilia von Heiseler's mother), who in her imagination starts a relationship with a young neighbor (Emilia Heiseler).
