Stop-motion adaptation of Charles Dickens' "Christmas Carol". Ebenezer Scrooge is a misanthrope and miser, he never does anything good and hates Christmas. One Christmas eve however, an unusual visitor turns up on his doorstep: The ghost of his former business partner tells him to become a better person. That same night, three other spirits pay Scrooge a visit: The first spirit, the Ghost of Christmas Past, takes him back to Christmas scenes of his boyhood. The second spirit, the Ghost of Christmas Present, gives Scrooge a glimpse into the life of his exploited employee Bob, who has a sick son. Lastly, the third spirit, the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, shows Scrooge a Christmas Day in the future. It finally becomes clear to Scrooge that he will have a miserable life unless he changes his ways.
