Gubian, a delicatessen owner, and his pregnant wife die in a bomb attack that is targeted at their house. Now, Commissario Laurenti is confronted with a problem, as there is no evidence that the Gubians were involved in any criminal business. Even when old fisherman Marasi is brutally slain, Laurenti cannot find any connection to the Gubians’ case. But then Laurenti discovers that both families are not only old enemies but also connected by a prosperous drug trade business. Now, the case seems to be solved. At least that is what Laurenti believes.
