Summary
Germany in the near future: A seemingly perfect and peaceful society is maintained by absolute control, manipulation and fear. Gritty police detective "Kamikaze" Jansen (Rainer Werner Fassbinder in his last screen role) doesn't fit the image of the respectable cop: In his leopard skin suit, the hardcore alcoholic rather looks like a psychedelic pimp. Yet until now, he has successfully solved all his cases. Is he the man to confront Germany's intellectual elite?
