The documentary film essay about the topic of surveillance focuses on the TV images of the 1991 Gulf War. The coverage included pictures that were taken by cameras in the tip of projectiles: "Warfare and war reporting became one. The pictures were fabricated by the military and controlled by it.
The projectiles were equipped with cameras to control them from a distance. The main focus was to avoid enemy fire. Thus, the enemy gets abstracted.
