Noèl Gabriel Kipp was born on July 27, 2009, and lives in Cologne. He gained his first stage experience in 2021 as part of his school's theater club. Starting in 2022, he took acting lessons at the BellAcademia drama school in Cologne and attended a film workshop at the First Take Acting Academy.

After landing his first short film role in Leonard Grobien’s "Mondkind" (2022), Kipp made his feature film debut with a leading role in Thomas Stuber’s award-winning children’s film "Spuk unterm Riesenrad" ("Ghosts under the Ferris Wheel", 2023). He later starred in another lead role in Benjamin Heisenberg’s children's adventure film "Der Prank – April, April!" ("Prank", DE/CH 2025), which was released in theaters in March 2025.
