Berliner Philharmoniker in Singapur - A Musical Journey in 3D

A concert movie about the performance of the Berlin Philharmonic under the artistic direction of Sir Simon Rattle in Singapore′s spectacular "Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay". The orchestra plays Mahler′s "Symphony No.1" and Rachmaninoff′s "Symphonic Dances".


During the performance of " Symphony No.1" the movie rather conventionally depicts the playing of the orchestra (however in 3D and from unusual perspectives). The "Symphonic Dances" on the other hand are visually supported with evocative impressions from the Asian Metropolis "Singapore".
