Biography
Alva Schäfer, born in 2002 in Berlin, made her on-screen debut in 2015 with a minor supporting role in Stefan Krohmer's TV film "Neu in unserer Familie – Zwei Eltern zu viel". In the following years, she appeared in supporting roles in other TV productions such as Anno Saul's "Neben der Spur – Dein Wille geschehe" (2016) and Bruno Grass's "Verliebt in Masuren" (2017). Schäfer made her feature film debut with a small role in Christian Alvart's thriller "Freies Land" ("Free Country," 2018). She went on to appear in supporting roles in an episode of "Ein Mord frei" (2021) and in the streaming series "The Austrian Case" (AT 2024). In 2025, she was seen both in the ensemble cast of Tom Tykwer's social portrait "Das Licht" ("The Light") and in a leading role in Willy Hans' coming-of-age film "Der Fleck" (Skill Issue").
