Antonia Riët was born on January 1, 2000, in Bonn and is currently a permanent ensemble member at Theater Bonn. There, she has taken the stage in roles including the title character Juliet in "Romeo and Juliet," as well as in the productions "The Time Machine" (based on H. G. Wells) and "Animal Farm" (based on George Orwell).
She became known to a wider television audience in 2022: in the inclusive RTL+ sports comedy "Weil wir Champions sind," she starred alongside Wotan Wilke Möhring as the film's sole female lead, the strong-willed basketball player Krawczyk. In 2024, she also appeared on television in a supporting role in Johannes Schmid's coming-of-age drama "Wir für immer" ("We, Forever"), about a teenager and his mentally ill mother.
In late summer 2026, Marc Rothemund's remake of the hit French comedy "Un p'tit truc en plus," titled "Das gewisse Etwas", hit theaters — with Riët playing the gentle but hard-luck Mila, part of a travel group of people with disabilities that two small-time crooks infiltrate while fleeing the police.
