Bei der 120. EURIMAGES-Sitzung im schwedischen Gotland wurden 14 europäische Koproduktionen in Höhe von insgesamt 4.850.000 Euro gefördert. Unter den Bewilligungen waren vier Projekte, die mit deutscher Beteiligung realisiert werden.
Es handelt sich um die Produktionen "Der Mondmann" (deutscher Produzent: Schesch Filmkreation), "Ruhm" (Little Shark/Terz Filmproduktion), "Circles" (Neue Mediopolis GmbH, Leipzig) und "Somewhere in Between" (The Match Factory).
Die nächste Sitzung des europäischen Filmförderfonds findet vom 15. bis 17. Dezember 2010 in Luzern (Schweiz) statt. Die Einreich- und Sitzungstermine für 2011 wurden ebenfalls festgelegt: 14. Januar 2011 (für die Sitzung vom 8. - 10. März 2011), 13. April (für die Sitzung vom 7. - 10. Juni), 29. August (für die Sitzung vom 18. - 20. Oktober) und 24. Oktober für die Sitzung vom 13. - 15. Dezember 2011.
