Summary
Run, Boy, Run!
"Lauf, Junge, lauf!" tells the true story of nine-yearold Jurek, who succeeds in escaping from the Warsaw ghetto and survives in the forest until the end of the war. He learns how to sleep in trees and kill squirrels with his catapult. His loneliness, however, keeps driving him into the local villages, where he meets those who would help him and those who would betray him.
