Manhattan Night of Murder

"Mordnacht in Manhattan" is a film of the Jerry Cotton crime film series. A small boy eye witnesses the murder of a restaurant owner. The victim had failed to pay his share of monthly protection money to the "Hundred Dollar Gang". Now, the small boy Billy is in danger because he is the only one who can identify the head of the gang. FBI agent Jerry Cotton has to protect Billy but also needs to arrest the criminals. But the clever crime boss knows how to cover his tracks and as a precaution eliminates all the middle men who might be able to sell him out. Thus, there is only one way for Jerry Cotton to get to the crime boss: He has to use Billy as bait to set a trap for the great unknown criminal.
