Der letzte Kurier

Verena Rohleder, mother of a 12-year old daughter, is shocked when she gets the news that her husband has died in a car accident in Moscow. Vera travels to the Russian capital to identify the body of her husband Bernhard who had been working in Moscow as an arts dealer. But soon, she becomes suspicious that in reality her husband is still alive. With the support of the Russian inspector Bubka, who also doubts the accident story, Vera starts to investigate the case and finds out that Bernhard had been living a double life for a considerable time.
