Jana Münster was born on February 28 1998 in Berlin. She made her first acting experiences in school theatre and workshops, and in 2009, she and her twin sister Sophia successfully auditioned for the title roles in "Hanni & Nanni", the screen adaptation of the popular teenager book series. Following the box-office success of the film, the sisters returned for the sequel, which was released in Germany in Spring 2012.
