Florian Gottschick was born in 1981 in Frankfurt/Main and studies at the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam-Babelsberg. He has worked in the theater and as a production assistant and creative producer.

His films include: "Lost Son"(2005), "Camping Deluxe" (2005), "Mr. Kio" (2008), "Breaking Light" (2008), "Twins" (2010), and "Artists" (2012).
