Meines Vaters Pferde. 2. Teil: Seine dritte Frau
Home from war and severely wounded Jürgen Godeysen listens to the reading of his father′s memoirs. In the second part of the diaries he learns about the tragic strokes of fate his father Michael had to deal with: The gifted horse breeder lives several years happily with his wife Bim on their foal farm. But Bim dies with the birth of their son Jürgen and the war takes away all of Michaels property. Michael is nearly broken, only the love for his favourite horse keeps him alive. Finally he gets to start a new life and fights for the future of his son. Inspired by the story of his father, Jürgen plucks up courage to face the dangerous operation.
