The Monster of London City

London is gripped by a crime spree. The sex murders are strongly reminiscent of the exploits of Jack the Ripper. Inspector Dorne and the police doctor Dr. Morel Greely see a possible connection to a play about the famous ciriminal, which is performed every evening in London. The leading actor Richard Sand is thus placed in the circle of suspects and, on top of everything else, has a relationship with Ann Morlay, a friend of the police doctor.
