The Woman's Room

In this film the monotony of a woman's daily chores in the kitchen is presented from a new perspective through the use of associative montage. In an almost surrealistic way, the line between reality and dream starts to blur. The Museum of Modern Art in New York acquired "Das Frauenzimmer" for its collections.
