The Academy

19-year-old Jojo is accepted into the painting class of the renowned artist Robert Copley – but only on a trial basis. Eager and excited, she immerses herself in academy life, only to quickly encounter its darker side: bullying, missing paintings, and a disillusioning idol. On top of that, she faces threats from a mentally unstable fellow student. Her friend Siri also struggles – she's expelled from the academy by her professor, and her exhibition is at risk of falling apart. Jojo wants to support her by organizing a joint exhibition, but when Siri seizes a career opportunity, she betrays Jojo. What was meant to be a protest action by Siri unexpectedly turns into a celebrated Environmental Art masterpiece. As this unfolds, Jojo loses faith in both the art world and her dream, and her falling out with Copley only worsens the situation.
