While his friend Major is a playboy and womanizer, Tom dreamily waits for true love. When he meets Corinna, the daughter of the museum director, he falls head over heels for her. Tom desperately tries to impress Corinna's father, and when he learns that Corinna wants to become an actress, he follows her example. While they both train for the entrance test of the acting school, Tom successfully seduces Corinna. Yet his luck won't last long: Corinna is in love with Major, and Tom isn't accepted into the acting school.
