Malte Nieschalk trained at the regional broadcaster NDR and then worked as a freelance cameraman. In 2008 he founded the production company Rakete Bildproduktion in Hamburg together with Gordon Volk. Since then he has been responsible for numerous reports, TV shows, trailers and commercials. Another focus of his work are concert recordings (e.g. "MTV Unplugged: Santiano", 2017; "Sarah Connor - Herz Kraft Werke Live", 2019; "Wacken Open Air", 2017-2022). Together with Thorsten Ernst, Gordon Volk and Tobias Lickes, Malte Nieschalk directed the feature documentary "All Inclusive" (2022) about four young athletes from Germany, Finland, Mongolia and Kenya with intellectual or multiple disabilities who are training to participate in the Special Olympics World Games 2023 in Berlin.
