Miran Selcuk, born on August 5, 2011 in Berlin, received acting training at the age of three and began performing in children's theater at Berlin's Theater 28 in 2018. In 2019 he started regular acting lessons. After first appearances in commercials, he auditioned for the film adaptation of the children's book "Kannawoniwasein!" ("What the Finn?!") in 2022 and was cast in the lead role of a ten-year-old boy who embarks on an adventurous journey across Germany with a daring twelve-year-old girl. The movie was theatrically released in August 2023.
