Biography
Born in Berlin, Germany in 1963, he received his training at the 'Ernst Busch' drama school in Berlin and subsequently worked in theatre, radio, film and television. He made a number of short films and worked as an assistant director on television films. After studying directing at the American Film Institute (AFI) in Los Angeles he developed screenplays and made more shorts before founding his own production company, Rot-Film. "Before Tomorrow" is his first featurelength drama.
