Summary
Security and combatting terrorism – on the back of this promise, the EU introduces new border measures north of Agadez in Niger. Instead of curtailing violence and youth criminality, they cause unrest. Has the desert city suddenly become an African Schengen border? This film takes stock of the international migration crisis from the perspective of the inhabitants.
