Summary

Daisy is a content moderator who struggles to keep the traumatic videos she reviews daily from affecting her private life - until she encounters one particularly disturbing clip that completely destabilizes her: a brutal torture video that she cannot erase from her mind or body. When neither the police nor her supervisors offer help, Daisy takes it upon herself to track down the perpetrator. Her investigation takes her across the country, leading to false suspects and dangerous encounters, pushing her further into obsessive and aggressive behavior. As Daisy increasingly loses control, her colleague Paul attempts to protect her. Even after a seeming return to normal life and her efforts to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse, she remains haunted by the images and sounds of violence - until she finally comes face to face with the man from the video.
