Falk Schuster was born in 1980 and studied at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle and completed a European Animation Masterclass. Active as a freelance director and instructor, his films include the award-winning animation shorts: "Urlaub in Gudrun" (2006), "Hoch soll sie leben" (2007), "Laufende Geschäfte" (2009), "Ast mit Last" (2011), "Kleider machen Freunde" (2012), "A racer’s sketchbook" (2013), and "Die Weite suchen" ("Wider Horizons", 2016).
