Born in Moscow on 29.8.1980, she enrolled in an architecture course in Moscow in 1999 but dropped out to study animation at VGIK in 2002. She moved to Berlin in 2006 where she is currently studying animation at the "Konrad Wolf" College of Film and Television in Potsdam-Babelsberg. She and Veronika Smartseva created the trailer for the 2008 Berlin Interfilm Festival.
