Josephine Links was born in 1983 in Berlin. After time abroad in England and Japan, she studied European Ethnology and Film Studies in Berlin, followed by studies in Directing at the University of Film & Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Her films include: "Nach den Jahren" (short, 2010), "En Casa – Zu Hause" (doc short, 2010), "Wir sterben" (doc short, 2011), "Mit Mir" (short, 2012), and "In the Beginning" (doc, 2013).
