Spare Parts

Mike and Monica are travelling through the Southern States of the US. It′s their honeymoon. In a remote motel, where they stay for the night, Mike is being kidnapped, while Monica escapes the mysterious pursuers by the skin of her teeth. Bill, a trucker, gives her shelter. The desperate Monica tells him the whole story and Bill finally agrees to help her to find Mike. They get onto a syndicate of unscrupulous organ dealers, who kidnap healthy people and deliver them to organ banks. Their organs then serve as "spare parts" for the sick bodies of wealthy clients.
