Biography
Thomas Bohn was born in Wuppertal in 1959 and trained at television studios in Munich and in Washington, USA. He has directed around 100 commercials since 1986, written a novel ("Der Querschlaeger") and penned scripts for a "Tatort" episode, "Die Kampagne", and "The Plan". His films include "Held von Heute" (short, 1982), "Timezones" (short, 1985), "Viva" (1986), "Magic Mueller" (TV film, 1993), "Tatort": "Die Kampagne" (TV film, 1995), "The Plan - An Ecomedy" ("Die Aktion - Eine Oeko-moedie", TV film, 1996) and "Straight Shooter" (1999). Since then, he has been working exclusively for television, mostly for parts of the German "Tatort"-series.
