Ulrich Rydzewski was born in Erkrath in 1959 and studied Music, Sound Engineering and Image Technology in Duesseldorf. He has worked as a composer and musician since 1982 and made short films and music videos since 1986. Klamt and Rydzewski have co-directed "Verbotene Zone" (TV, 1995), "Der strahlende Sarg - 10 Jahre Tschernobyl" (TV, 1996) and "Pelym" (1998).
