Julie Kieffer, born on December 3, 1992, in Luxembourg, made her on-screen debut in 2012 with a leading role in the Luxembourgish comedy series "Comeback" (2012-2013). She studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig from 2013 to 2017, followed by further studies at the Berlin University of the Arts (2017-2019). During her academic years, she appeared in various theater productions, short films, and the feature film "Never Grow Old" (BE/FR/IE/LU 2019).

After completing her studies, Kieffer performed in numerous productions at the Philharmonie Luxembourg and the Grand Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg. She achieved her first major role in film with the acclaimed road movie "More than Strangers" (DE/GR 2023), which delves into the tragicomic conflicts of a carpool journey from Berlin to Paris.
