Franka Roche was born in 2008 in Cologne, Germany. After her first acting experiences in school theater, she made her television debut in 2021 with a guest role in the hospital series "Bettys Diagnose". In the same year, she had a small role in the television movie "Das Licht in einem dunklen Haus", where she portrayed a character played by Katharina Heyer in her younger years.  

In 2022, Franka Roche appeared in two feature films, both in leading roles: as a cheeky teenager in the family comedy "Enkel für Fortgeschrittene" ("Grandchildren for Advanced Learners") and as the leader of a village school gang in a new adaptation of Erich Kästner's "Das fliegende Klassenzimmer" ("The Flying Classroom"). Both films were released in 2023.
