The Bitter Taste

A former pentathlete who now organizes hunting trips for wealthy clients finds herself caught in the clutches of an undead countess and her cursed entourage during one of her assignments. She narrowly escapes into the wilderness, where she must rely on her rusty but not forgotten physical skills to hold her own against a brutal group of pursuers. In search of allies, she encounters a charming fisherman and a surly police officer - but her growing uncertainty about who she can trust makes survival all the more difficult.
