Lilli Maria Lacher made her television debut in 2015, in an episode of the television series "Herzensbrecher – Vater von vier Söhnen". In the "Tatort" episode "Nachbarn" (2017), she had a minor role as the daughter of one of the neighbouring families. After another small episode role in "Lieb mich, wenn du kannst" (2019) of the TV series "Frühling", Lacher was seen in her first movie role in the summer of 2019: In "Die drei !!!" ("Three !!!") she played the crime fan and founder of the titular youth detective gang.
