Unidentified Footage (191?)

The footage is from a compilation reel from the German Film Institute's film archive. It is currently unclear whether the title cards, which flash only briefly, are from the original production or the original distributor. Also unclear is who the producer of the footage is, from when exactly they date, and what type of film (newsreel subject, topicality or similar?) they are.

The intertitles are as follows:
1. The first Zeppelin airship. It made its first ascent on July 2, 1900.
2. German tanks - What does the world say!
3. Apolda: On the occasion of the 44th Association Day of the Thuringian Fire Brigade, a maneuver of the volunteer fire department took place.
4. Intertitle without associated picture content: In the presence of His Majesty the German Emperor, the German Federal Princes as well as the representatives of foreign courts. After the festivities, all the aristocrats visited the Russian church.
