Alison Kuhn has been studying directing at the Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf since 2018 and is a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation in Art/Design/Film. In 2015 she graduated as a state-recognised actress from the Film Acting School Cologne (FAS Cologne). In 2017 she won the Federal Prize for Young Poetry. "The Case You" is her feature film debut.
