Footage from the first German series of news films, the „Day in Film“ format produced by „Express-Film“ (Freiburg), showing a bobsledding race with spectators in an Austrian mountain landscape. Short „actuality films“ of this type were offered by „Express-Film“ at popular prices to domestic and foreign film distributors, who could edit together their own weekly newsreels from them.
