Biography
Yuki Inomata, born 1982 in Fukuoka, Japan, was discovered by a Japanese casting agency at the age of 15. After several jobs as a photo model, Inomata appeared in Japanese movie and TV productions from 1999 on, for instance, in the TV series "Ringu", a spin-off of the horror movie of the same name, or in the horror film "Lovesick Dead" (2001). In 2006, she wrote and directed the feature film "Humoresque: Sakasama no chou".
Inomata became known to German movie goers with her leading role in the award-winning drama "Der Rote Punkt" ("The Red Spot", 2008).
